Warehouse 14 & 15 EOI

With continued demand for quality warehousing and commercial space, the Melbourne Market Authority is releasing a further 10,244m² of on-site warehousing, office/commercial spaces, and showroom opportunities.

This proposed development will include two separate facilities located along the northern boundary of the Market site. Construction is expected to be completed and ready for occupation by approximately December 2026.

This is a unique opportunity to secure a lease in brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities within the Melbourne Market precinct in Epping, Victoria.

Businesses are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be considered for these new spaces.

EOIs will be assessed on several factors, including but not limited to:

• Financial return of the Expression of Interest
• Agreement of Lease Terms
• History (if any) of operations and credit/financial performance at the Melbourne Market or other central markets
• Financial and technical capacity of the proposed tenant
• Intended business use of the space
• Fit out requirements

To ensure a fair and transparent process, there is a submission timeline:

• EOIs open: Monday 7 July 2025

• EOIs close: Monday 28 July 2025

Only businesses that submit an EOI by the closing date will be considered.
