As a part of our leading Market Sales Team, your primary focus as our newly appointed Salesperson will be to drive new sales and build strong relationships with our customers and growers. We are in a growth phase and would like to support you to become as successful as you can be. We want you to be expanding our client base and grower network while fostering lasting relationships, engaging our customers, and promoting our quality produce.

About you
You will come to us as an experienced Market Salesperson with an appreciation of fresh produce and its production, seasonality and consumption, a good knowledge of stock rotation and control, and a thorough understanding of, and experience with, sales and margin management. The proven, successful achievement of sales targets and sourcing of new clients, as well as a history of growth within your existing customer base, will be a must.

Existing industry relationships and a passion for the fast-paced and unique market environment will make you an outstanding candidate for this rewarding career.

Tripod Farmers is looking for a motivated individual to join our team immediately at the Epping Market. You will be employed on a part-time basis and will be required to work night shift. All applicants must be able to work well in a team environment.

Duties will include:

  • Order picking
  • Stocktake
  • Pallet counting

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all warehouse and distribution staff, fostering a culture of efficiency and teamwork
  • Manage order workflows to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Supervise weekly stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Uphold HACCP and food safety standards across operations.
  • Lead training initiatives to ensure team adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate driver runs and liaise with external logistics providers.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Act as First Aid Officer and manage related responsibilities.
Key Competencies:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
  • A valid forklift licence (essential).
