The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and operational requirements, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Service & Data Entry to join our fast-paced Melbourne team based at the Epping Markets.

This is a permanent part time role (34 hours per week), with rostered hours spanning Monday to Friday between 3:00am and 3:00pm. Flexibility with hours is available—and yes, early starts mean early finishes!

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play vital role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly, with key responsibilities including:

Fast and accurate order entry
Invoicing and dispatch coordination
Customer communication and support
Organising delivery runs for our drivers
Advising on product availability
Providing general admin and office support

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who’s organised, detail-focused and thrives in a busy, team environment. You’ll also bring:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
Experience with the ‘Fresh’ system (highly regarded, but not essential – we’ll train you!)
Flexibility to adjust your hours during busy periods or when covering for team leave

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join either one of our locations at Kew, Richmond or Toorak.

As a Fresh Produce Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations on the shop floor. This includes:

Completing setup and pack up of fresh produce to a high standard
Stock management; maintain excellent store presentation, rotate and replenish produce and ensure displays are filled
Stock preparation; cutting and wrapping fruit and veg, e.g., cutting pumpkin, pineapple, cabbage, sleeving herbs and bunching leeks
Assisting customers with product enquiries
Quality Control
Assisting with waste reduction.

The proven, successful achievement of sales targets and sourcing of new clients, as well as a history of growth within your existing customer base, will be a must.
