Undercover parking expansion at the Market

There will always be opportunities to improve the facilities and the services at the Market.

A key priority is the expansion of the undercover parking, which is a multimillion-dollar project.

The MMA is currently preparing an expression of interest for the design of the canopies which will allow the project to be accurately costed.

This outcome will determine the scale and timing of these important expansion works to enhance the Market’s usability for buyers.

More information will be available in the Winter edition of Marketfresh News, due out in a couple of months.

The MMA welcomes your feedback on potential improvements in the Market – write to us here to have your say.

The North East Link receives a $100 million planning commitment

The road will be tolled and will run from the Metropolitan Ring Road in Greensborough to either the Eastern Freeway in Bulleen or EastLink. It will assist in alleviating traffic congestion and provide superior freight connections in Dandenong and agriculture connections in Gippsland headed for the Market.
