Pat Cronin Foundation & Children in the Market event

The Pat Cronin foundation was created after a young man lost his life to senseless violence. The foundation aims to eliminate the Coward’s Punch by educating young Australians on making wise decisions, and the impact violence can have on everyone involved.

Grant from Flavorite is raising funds to help the foundation expand its Be Wise education program into all states of Australia. He will be completing a 1500km bike ride from Alice Springs to Darwin, and you can get involved by joining Grant on a “virtual ride” or donating directly to a dedicated fundraiser page at www.ride2bewise.com.au.

You can also get involved during the Children in the Market event this Easter school holidays, on Tuesday, 18 and Wednesday, 19 April, by visiting the Pat Cronin smoothie bike stand in front of Customer Service and donating via the donation tins while you jump on the bike and blend your favourite smoothie through pedal-power!

Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show success!

The Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show is the largest horticultural event in the Southern Hemisphere. Held in the beautiful Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton Gardens, thousands of people swarmed to take in the stunning arrangements on display.

The National Flower Centre was front and centre, with one of the biggest stands popping with colour and drawing large crowds by having the Market’s best florals from multiple growers on show and for purchase.

Thank you to everyone who provided flowers and those who volunteered their time to show why the National Flower Centre is the best place to buy wholesale flowers.

Melbourne Market Footy Tipping Competition

Congratulations to Nic for taking out the top spot after round three!
