It’s that time of year again; the Melbourne Market annual satisfaction survey is now open!

This annual survey is confidential and gives all market users the chance to express their opinions and share feedback on what they are finding effective, areas for improvement, ideas for the future, and how the MMA can support market users and businesses.

The survey takes just 7-10 minutes to complete.

Everyone’s input is essential as the data gathered plays a role in shaping the future and enhancing the operations, facilities, and opportunities at the Melbourne Market.

The Melbourne Market, including the Flower Market, will be closed on public holidays during the Christmas – New Year period.

To accommodate buying demand during the busy festive season, buyers will be able to access the site to collect orders that have been pre-arranged. It is important to remember the Buyers’ Walk, Trading Floor, and Flower Market will be closed, as these are not mandatory trading days. Some wholesalers, growers and warehouse tenants may allow access to their premises for buyers who have made individual arrangements to collect produce.
