This means that all workers at the Melbourne Market must now be fully vaccinated to enter the site (unless a valid exemption applies). Government enforcement officers have already attended the market several times to check the vaccination status of employees of several businesses, and this will continue into the foreseeable future. All visitors to the Melbourne Market are subject to the same rules and will not be able to sign in at gate 1 and enter the site without proof of vaccination. Access card checks are helping ensure the Melbourne Market is a safe and fair place to conduct businesses, and these checks will continue on a random basis until the end of the year. Again, we thank you for your patience as we continue these checks. Youth Sports Initiative Winners presentations Over the past two weeks, we have had the pleasure of helping grow tomorrows champions. A better choice! has presented several of the Youth Sports Initiative winners with a sporting sponsorship to the value of $500. The campaign has supported a range of different sporting clubs across Victoria from local lifesaving nippers programs, youth basketball, little athletics, tennis, roller derby, soccer, football, netball clubs, golfers and more. The sporting clubs awarded with the sponsorships have reported they are using the much-needed funds to support operations, provide shading, and purchase new equipment.
