When audited, market users will have their access card checked to confirm the following: Each market user has their own valid access card The access card is linked to the correct business type Also from Wednesday, the MMA will be asking markets users to check in to the site via the Service Victoria app to show vaccination status. Those entering the site who are unvaccinated will be reported to their business principal and/or authorised officers (e.g. Police, WorkSafe, DHS) who can enforce CHO (Chief Health Officer) directions and issue fines. An email was sent to market users last week detailing the mechanics and reasons for the audit, please click here to read.
