Children in the Market event

Children in the Market is back next week on Tuesday, 18 and Wednesday, 19 April.

Be sure to fill out the registration form here, print and return it to Customer Service prior to the event. On arrival, stop at Gate 1 to pick up your child’s access card, hi-vis vest and goodie bag.

Head to the Pat Cronin Foundation smoothie bike stand in front of Customer Service to jump on a bike and blend your favourite smoothie through pedal-power! There will be plenty of fruit to choose from and some delicious snacks available from 5am. We will be accepting any donations people wish to contribute towards Grant’s (Flavorite) 1500km bike ride from Alice Springs to Darwin in the aim of raising $100,000 for the Pat Cronin Foundation

You can follow his journey and donate to the dedicated fundraiser page via the link below.

Earth Day – 22 April

This year’s Earth Day theme is “Invest In Our Planet”, highlighting the importance of dedicating our time, resources, and energy to solving climate change and other environmental issues.

Australia has seen a shift towards higher temperatures and lower winter rainfall, significantly affecting many farmers.

What can we do?

  • Educate Australians on eating more vegetables! Plant-based foods generally result in fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Less food waste – Donating to Foodbank or Fareshare will help reduce your carbon footprint
  • Avoid unnecessary packaging and recycle more

Shop and Win Campaign

Now in its third week, the award-winning Shop and Win campaign has already had over 12,000 entrants nationally!

Congratulations to our week three winner, Belmore Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, who have a lucky customer taking home a Phillips Airfryer!

There are still six weeks of great prizes to be won, so there is plenty of time for your customers to have a chance to win!
