Fruit and vegetable market – leasing a store

All stores are currently leased, however a store may become available for lease in the future. Please contact the MMA for any leasing enquiries.

Assigning or sub-leasing a store lease

The store leases may be assigned or subleased to a third party with the prior written consent of the MMA.  If you wish to assign or sublease a store lease to a third party, please contact the MMA.

Fruit and vegetable market – trading floor stands

To express your interest in a fruit and vegetable trading stand licence please complete our online form by clicking here. Stands are currently available in the fruit & vegetable market, therefore please reach out to the MMA for further information on: contact the MMA. Licences in the fruit and vegetable market cannot be transferred or sublicensed. If you have any questions please contact the MMA.

Warehousing

The landlord for warehouse buildings 5, 6 and 7 (small format warehousing, less than 600 square metres) is the MMA. This warehousing is currently leased, however a warehouse may become available for lease in the future. For any leasing enquiries please contact the MMA.
