Market News

Fees update

On 1 January each year, general Market fees, including access cards and parking, increase by a fixed 4 per cent.

Christmas trading hours

Please note the Flower Market will be closed on Tuesday 26 December for Boxing Day.

Trading hours will operate as normal outside of this date.

If your parking permit only allows access on a day where a public holiday falls and you would like to come to the Market on an alternative adjacent day, you will not be charged for parking and can enter the Market.

However, please note your regular bay may not be available. Please seek instruction from a Market Relations Officer on arrival.

Market survey winner

Thank you to all Market users who participated in the Melbourne Market Satisfaction Survey conducted last month.

Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show 2018

Tickets are now on sale for the 23rd annual Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show from 21-25 March 2018.

With a major focus on emerging lifestyle trends, the Show is set to inspire crowds with breathtaking floral displays and spectacular Show Gardens.
