Flower promotion in the city to celebrate the start of Spring

Spring has almost sprung and to celebrate we have something BIG planned.  It’s so big in fact that we can’t tell you the details… just yet!
What we can say is; the seeds are planted, the location is in Melbourne, it is grand, and there will be thousands of consumers to witness it, and of course the media will be there to help spread the word.

How you can get involved

To maximise the flow-on benefits to industry, the MMA and Flowers Victoria would like to use this as an opportunity to inspire and drive the public to purchase flowers from their local florist after the campaign.  If you would like to be one of the participating florists to be promoted or find out more details, please contact
Alana Pittard on 0400 813 770 – apittard@vff.org.au
Theresa Hunt on 9258 6191 – theresa.hunt@melbournemarket.com.au

Melbourne Market Drug and Alcohol Policy

The MMA is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all Market users.
The MMA reminds the Market community that all persons entering the Melbourne Market site must at all times be fit for duty.
This means, any person on Market Land must not have a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) over 0.00%, or be under the influence of prohibited drugs.
The MMA reserves the right to conduct drug and alcohol testing on site to ensure the safety of all Market users.

Now I’ve heard everything!

The world’s first hotel for houseplants has just opened in London
The hotel exclusively for houseplants offers a lifeline to ‘plant parents’ who are worried about leaving their botanicals to wither during holidays.
During their stay, leafy residents will receive a check-up from the in-house wellness team, which includes a custom hydration spa treatment.
Talk about pampered pot-plants!
