Take action for Men’s Health this November

Spot the Signs
Chances are, a man close to you is struggling with their mental health right now. The signs can be subtle: a friend who’s not sleeping, a colleague who’s lost interest, a man in your family who’s more irritable than normal.
Spotting these signs can make all the difference. In fact, it could be lifesaving.

Check out Movember’s guide to spotting the signs and watch the video above.

Quayclean Robotic Cleaning

Have you seen the newest member of the Melbourne Market team? A new robot cleaning system has been implemented for regular maintenance cleaning within Level 1 of the Buyers’ Walk.

Programmed for specific routines, the robotic cleaner is battery operated, quiet and uses 8 times less water when compared with traditional cleaning machines.

When its battery starts to run low, it will return to the charging pod, recharge, then start the routine again!

The robotic cleaner is also equipped with great manners, if you get in the way, it will politely ask you to move along so it can keep on working!

Keep an eye on the Melbourne Market Instagram page to cast your vote to name our newest team member!

2. DON’T try to chase the snake away
3. DON’T try to kill the snake – It is illegal and dangerous

Cyber Security Awareness

Did you know that malicious software attacks and online scams often occur through emails and unsecured Wi-Fi connections?

Cyber security is vital for everyone. The first steps are turning on automatic software updates, regularly backing up your devices, switching on multi-factor authentication, using passphrases, securing mobile devices, and watching out for cyber scams.

The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) has free resources available for all, including step by step guides, quizzes and advice to help stay cyber secure.
